TAMWORTH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
A resident of Tamworth for 25 years, Pat is kept busy as Chair of the Tamworth Economic Development Commission, a board member of Tamworth Visitors Council, a member of the Planning Board, on the executive boards of both Lakes Region Planning Commission and Mount Washington Valley Economic Council, and numerous sub committees of these organizations. She is a graduate of Brown University with a degree in Anthropology/archaeology and has participated in digs in Petra, Jordan, Jefferson, NH, Strawbery Banke in Portsmouth, NH and several others in and around Tamworth.
Laura joined TEDC in 2019 bringing a broad retail business background with her. Laura previously served on the Tamworth School Board and the SAU13 joint board, holding the position of chair for each board at one point in her tenure. She has lived in Tamworth since 1993; her home on the Bearcamp River belonged to her husband’s grandfather who made Tamworth “home” in 1958. In her personal time, Laura hikes actively with her family on the regional trail systems and tends a large and productive garden.
